Positive Thinking

People talk about positive approach but few practice it. This is a powerful tool and if used appropriately can bring success to one's life. How this idea works? Life is full of good, bad and unimportant events. It is important to view these events as learning experiences and then use these experiences to improve your life. Another quality one has to develop along side is to be able to appreciate what you have and not too much worry about what you dont have. Combine these two attitudes and it will be a recipe of happiness and success. If you are happy you are successful in your mind. One need to use the idea of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) borrowed from the industry in the personal life. It is based on looking for opportunities to improve as you go along. Any bad event, error, accident, or near miss should be viewed as an oppornity to learn and improve. This is better than cursing, crying and feeling unworthy and depressed or consuming with revenge. Its about learning from events and adapting in such a way that next time it will be better easier or avoidable. It is not easy but keep reminding yourself about the positive thinking. In the end you will realise that it is indeed a powerful tool.
